Welcome to 918kss, an online casino and Sports Betting platform operating in https://918kss.ws. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 918kss ("Company", "we", "platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 918kss platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the 918kss platform immediately.

This Agreement is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy 918kss, all of which are considered part of the overall terms and conditions governing the use of this platform.

To register and use the 918kss platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• You are a resident of or are located within Malaysia at the time of using the platform.

• You are not on any self-exclusion list or any gambling restriction programme recognised under Malaysian law.
• You are not registering on behalf of another individual or business entity.
• The information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and current.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at 918kss at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, mobile number, email address, IP address, or device — are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your 918kss username and password confidential. All activity that occurs in your account — including any losses — is considered your own unless you have reported any unauthorised access to us within 24 hours.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 918kss account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) wherever available for added security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

918kss adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its anti-money laundering measures. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other documents at any time prior to processing a withdrawal or when deemed necessary.

918kss only accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved and recognised Malaysian payment methods. We do not accept any payment methods from outside Malaysia.

4.1 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet in the same member's name with a 918kss account.
• At least one (1) active deposit is required before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• 918kss reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• Any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity or abuse of the system are not eligible for withdrawal.

918kss offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following specific conditions unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms:

5.1 Rollover Requirements

• The welcome bonus is subject to a rollover 10x before a withdrawal is approved.
• Weekly reload bonus is subject to rollover 8x.
• Cashback and rebates are not subject to rollover requirements and may be withdrawn directly.
• Rollover is calculated based on valid wager amounts — cancelled or voided bets do not count.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• 918kss reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if fraud or promotional abuse is detected.
• Any attempt to exploit or systematically engage in bonus hunting may result in account suspension.
• All bonuses have an expiry period — any bonus not utilised within the stipulated timeframe will be automatically forfeited.

All games available on the 918kss platform — including live baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, jackpot slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports) and match odds — are subject to their respective game rules, available in the relevant sections of our platform.

• The outcome of completed games is final and not subject to dispute unless there is clear technical evidence of a system error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 918kss reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the original stake.
• In live baccarat and live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.
• For Sports Betting, bets accepted before a match begins are valid unless there is a significant change in match information (venue change, format change, etc.).
• Match odds confirmed at the time a bet is placed will not change unless there is a clear system error.

The following are strictly prohibited on the 918kss platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

1. Multiple account registrations by the same individual through any method.
2. Money laundering — using the 918kss platform to transfer, conceal, or "launder" illicit funds.
3. Fraud and manipulation — including the use of bots, automated scripts, unauthorised artificial intelligence tools, or any method that manipulates game outcomes.
4. Bonus abuse — registering new accounts solely to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions.
5. Use of false information — registering with a false identity, inactive phone number, or misleading information.
6. Shared accounts — sharing your account with another individual or allowing others to play using your account.
7. Threats or harassment to staff or other users on the 918kss platform.

918kss takes member data security and privacy extremely seriously. We fully comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Malaysia 2010 in all aspects of member personal data processing.

• All personal data is collected solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, and service improvement.

• Members have the right to request access to their personal data, correct inaccurate information, or request data deletion by contacting the 918kss support team.

918kss reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or indications of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

9.1 Voluntary Termination by Member

Members may close their 918kss account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to processing the closure, all valid balances will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, 918kss shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• Financial losses resulting from user error, including bets placed unintentionally.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party internet outages, force majeure events, or malicious actions by third parties.
• Any financial decisions made based on information obtained from the 918kss platform.

918kss's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the member's total active deposits made in the 30 days prior to the claim.
